During law school, Ethan honed his oral and written advocacy skills to ensure that he is well-prepared to advocate resolutely for clients. He completed an internship with the Ottawa and District Injured Workers Group, where he assisted clients in claiming WSIB insurance benefits. He also competed in two mooting competitions, with one centered on a medical malpractice claim and another on a slip and fall injury. In his last year of law school, Ethan was selected to present his major research paper at the University of Ottawa Law Review’s Emilio Binavince Research Colloquium. Finally, Ethan updated the Compendium of Personal Injury Damages for the County of Carleton Law Association, providing Ontario practitioners with a helpful resource to better assess the value of their clients’ claims.

During his undergraduate studies, Ethan spent two summers studying French in Quebec through intensive immersion programs, and he is happy to assist clients in both official languages.
