Rayian Nayef
rayian@campisilaw.caRayian earned his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School, graduating in 2021. Prior to that, he completed a Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction at the University of Toronto, where he double-majored in Political Science and the Sociology of Law. He was called to the Bar in 2022 and has since built a strong foundation in personal injury law.
Before joining Campisi LLP in 2025, Rayian gained valuable experience at several boutique personal injury firms in Toronto and articled at a full-service firm in Mississauga.
Rayian has represented clients in various forums, including the Superior Court of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, and the Ontario Social Benefits Tribunal. During law school, he also worked as a caseworker at legal aid clinics supporting low-income communities, including the Osgoode Community & Legal Aid Services Program and Parkdale Community Legal Services.

Outside of his legal practice, Rayian enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hiking and camping in Ontario’s provincial parks. He also values time spent with family and his community.
Fluent in Arabic, Rayian is happy to assist Arabic-speaking clients and accommodate any language needs they may have.
