Yeganeh is a trial lawyer and renowned for her zealous advocacy and impressive track record. With victories before various courts, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, Yeganeh has the expertise and confidence to engage decision-makers effectively for successful outcomes.

Yeganeh has a dual Canadian and American law degree from University of Windsor and University  of Detroit Mercy.  Since her call to the Ontario Bar in 2015, Yeganeh has been a court lawyer exclusively, practicing in commercial and civil litigation.  She has also served as a retained prosecutor for the Ministry of Transportation. Her dedication to the legal field extends to education, where she has taught various legal subjects including Business Law and Alternative Dispute Resolutions at colleges across the Greater Toronto Area.

Passionate about access to justice and human rights, Yeganeh wants to make sure everyone including the “little guys” have a strong voice in the legal system.
