Nathan represents seriously injured clients in tort and accident benefits claims, and is proud to have a member of the Campisi LLP team since 2017.
Since his Call to the Bar in 2011, Nathan has dedicated his legal practice to helping injured people and their families recover just compensation from at-fault parties and insurance companies. He earned an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario and earned a Gold medal for being the top achiever in the program prior to graduating from law school at the University of Toronto. Nathan also volunteered at Pro Bono Students Canada facilitating access to justice for vulnerable and marginalized individuals.
Nathan is passionate about personal injury law, and enjoys using his knowledge of tort and insurance law and his advocacy skills to litigate all manner of personal injury cases, no matter how complex. He understands the barriers associated with helping injured individuals obtain fair compensation, required treatment and a sense of dignity against a system that is at best indifferent to their needs. His commitment to justice and hard work drives his ongoing efforts to achieve optimal resolutions on behalf of his clients. He has litigated matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
In addition to his legal practice, Nathan has taught law courses online at a private career college, judged advocacy competitions by students, and has acted as a mediation coach for students at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He has also tutored law students in their studies.
