Lazar is a civil litigator whose practice is focused on the representation of injury victims and their families. Lazar is experienced with matters involving serious motor vehicle accidents, long-term disability (LTD) claims, premises liability, municipal liability, insurance disputes, and other complex injury and insurance claims. Lazar is compassionate and listens to the needs and concerns of his clients, who he represents at various levels of Court and before numerous tribunals. He strives to keep the daunting litigation process stress free and his clients fully informed, so that they can focus on recovery and rebuilding.

Lazar earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction in Criminology from Simon Fraser University, and was recognized on the President’s Honour Roll. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he enjoyed success in mooting and negotiation competitions. Lazar is fluent in English, French, Serbian, and Croatian.

In his spare time, Lazar enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing tennis, and taking road-trips across Ontario.
